iFi is an independent AI cinema production studio created by Russ Khaimov. It is early-access software provided as-is.
No SLA & No Third-Party Endorsement: iFi carries no service level agreements (SLAs), uptime commitments, or enterprise warranties. iFi is not affiliated with, endorsed, or supported by Google LLC or any other AI model provider whose services it uses. While this is a functional application, it may contain bugs. Please do not use it for any mission-critical, enterprise production, life-safety, or high-stakes business initiatives.
Acceptance of Platform Terms
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the studio or generative pipelines.
Scope & Non-Affiliation
iFi is an independent generative movie creation studio developed by Russ Khaimov. It runs on third-party cloud and AI infrastructure, including Google Cloud and Gemini. iFi is not a product of Google LLC or Alphabet Inc., and those providers offer no technical support, warranties, or service level agreements for this application.
Intellectual Property & Creator Rights
You retain all rights to the screenplays, visual concepts, and productions you originate, subject to the licensing and output conditions of underlying frontier AI model providers (including Google Vertex AI and Gemini APIs). You are responsible for ensuring that all synthesized works comply with applicable intellectual property and privacy laws.
Experimental Service Warranty Disclaimers & No SLAs
The studio platform is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Real-time neural video rendering and high-frequency audio synthesis are experimental technologies. The service carries zero formal service level agreements (SLAs) and no guarantees of uptime or continuity.
Limitation of Studio Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iFi and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the studio, cloud orchestration pipelines, or published film assets.
